John always does a great job of fixing the problem. Other employees have been good, also. We have used Quality Air for probably 20 years. They have installed units and do the regular maintenance of our air conditioning and heating. They are professional and always respectful. After the polar Vortex this past year they came quickly to take care of a heating adjustment after the electricity returned. That was much appreciated.

Ricky was my service technician. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave clear explanations about the problem and the function the failing part served. He diagnosed the cooling issue quickly. Our air conditioning went out. We had called an air conditioning repair company, who had determined it was an electrical supply problem. We called Center Point utility. Their technician said the problem was on my side, meaning the problem was mine to find an electrician for and pay for. My neighbor recommended Quality Air. They came out the following day. Jason, the technician, was professional and thorough. He answered all my questions. He replaced parts that had been burned in an arcing. There were still some problems. The owner Mike offered options to get the AC back on. He then discovered a break that was in a different area. He fixed the problem and we have power throughout the property. My point is they stayed with us explaining different solutions. Ultimately offering the safest and least costly solution to our problems.
